We strive to provide our customers with the best service they deserve. If there are any problems with your service, please contact management and we will gladly be happy to resolve any disputes.

I. Refund Policy 

​

a. Our refund policy is only effective three days after your service. If you are unsatisfied with your services, you must contact management right away. We will fix your service until you are completely satisfied. However, we will only issue a refund if notified within three days with probable cause.

b. Refunds are each viewed independently and will vary by case. 

​

c. Partial refunds may also be given if you are unsatisfied with your service and have notified management within four days of your service. We will review your case in order to determine if a refund will be issued.

d. Refunds are not guaranteed. 

​

II. Repairs

​

a. Repairs are free of charge within two days of service. We will kindly repair your nails if you notify us.

​

b. Repairs are also available at any time with a small fee.

​

c. Please report anything that isn’t up to your satisfaction to the manager. We will do our best to promptly fix the issue for you.

 

III. Appointments

​

a. Please book an appointment at least an hour prior of your desired time. Appointments can be booked through our website or by calling our store, and will be scheduled based on our availability.

b. If you arrive later than 15 minutes, we reserve the right to move to our next client. If running late, please notify the store as we can make arrangements in order to accommodate you.

c. Cancellations MUST be notified to the store at least an hour before the appointment. There is no cancellation fee.

​

d. Walk-ins are welcome at any time. Please note that waiting times will vary and we will do our best to serve you as quickly as possible.

IV. Complimentary Drinks 

​

a. We provide complimentary drinks with every service. We offer margarita, red and white wine, soda and water. 

​

b. We will check ID with every alcoholic beverage served. 

​

c. For alcoholic beverages, we will limit to only two drinks.
